Saint Joachim Osogovski” International Folklore Festival takes place in Kriva Palanka on August 25, 26 and 27.
The organization of the festival, which includes a parade of participants and the outdoor program is under the responsibility of the municipality and the Cultural centre of Kriva Palanka.
In the previous editions of the festival, there were participants from the Republic of North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, and Romania with a tendency to increase the number of external participants in the following editions.
