The Municipality of Kriva Palanka in cooperation with the Cultural Center and St. Joachim Osogovski Monastery, as part of its programme for the promotion of potential through cultural development, organizes “Saint Joachim Osogovski” International theatre festival.
The festival is traditionally held every year from September 15 to 22. At the first festival edition, in 2009, many organisations took part: the Cultural Center of Care and Consolation and “NT J.H.K. Div” from Veles, the Republic of North Macedonia; Steria’s
National Theatre, Vršac, the Republic of Serbia; the Municipal Drama Theater Nevena Kokalova, Dupnica, the Republic of Bulgaria; Municipal Drama Theatre Ćustendil, the Republic of Bulgaria; and the Drama Studio at the Kriva Palanka Cultural Center, the Republic of North Macedonia.
